  1. Right to return
    The consumer has the right to return the purchased goods without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights.
  2. Return conditions
    – Goods must be intact, without signs of use
    – Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, invoice) must be included.
  3. Return process

    – The customer pays the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on the part of the seller (such as receiving the wrong product).

Complaints

  1. Filing a complaint
    If the goods are found to be defective, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
  2. Complaint procedure

    – The application should include:
    – Name, address, contact information.
    – Order number and proof of purchase.
    – A description of the defect and the circumstances under which it was discovered.
  3. Handling of complaints
    – Complaints are considered within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the application.
    – If the complaint is accepted, the customer has the right to:
    – Repair of the product.
    – Exchange for a new copy.
    – Reimbursement of part or all of the purchase amount.
